Delivery & Returns



We aim to process your order the same day if received by 2pm and the next day if after 2pm. This will usually allow us to despatch your order the same afternoon. Once despatched, your order will usually take between 1 and 3 working days to arrive.

For orders of £50 and over delivery is absolutely free and for orders below £50 you will be charged the exact amount that Royal Mail charges for the total weight of the package.

We use Royal Mail to deliver our orders and will always use first class or recorded delivery to provide the speediest service.

We ship our products all over the world so wherever you are you can place an order on Satcha. Please bear in mind though that customs charges may be applicable for orders over a certain amount and it is your duty as the buyer to clear these charges with your local customs office. They will inform you of this.

We accept payments by PayPal and Google Checkout. These payment providers are totally secure and do not share your details with any third party including Satcha.


Returns Policy  

Unwanted goods
Under UK law you are entitled to a "cooling off" period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within 7 working days following the day of receipt for a full refund of all charges other than postage. Goods must be returned as new and unused.
The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain a proof of postage from the post office. We are not responsible for the loss of any items during transit for any returned items. 

Faulty goods
In the unfortunate event of any faulty goods being received, please contact us immediately to arrange the return of the goods. They must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will be refunded. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved. We recommend that goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt.
This does not affect your statutory rights.


How to make a return
If you wish to return a Product, you must notify us of your intention to do so before returning the Product. You can do this via email by using our contact us form and using the Subject header - Return


Returns procedure
In your Return email include your name and order number, and then list the Product/s you wish to return stating the reason.


Returning the parcel
Repack the item in its original packaging.
Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office. NB Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting
Keep your Certificate of Postage safe, as you will need this as your proof of return.
Products should be returned to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, together with all accessories and packaging that were supplied with the Product(s).

Unless the Products are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the Products from you and may set such costs off against the amount re-credited to you.


If you cancel your order within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period and return to us all the Product(s) which are included in the order, we will refund the amount due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product(s) in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you.

If you return any Product(s) for any other reason, for example you claim that the Product is defective or is not what you ordered; we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of any refund you are entitled to via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Provided that the Product is defective or you have returned the Product within the 14 day returns period, we will refund the amount paid by you for the Product as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirm to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for the Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you.

In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.


We do not offer exchanges of specific products. Instead, we can add store credit to your account, with which you may buy replacement product(s) of your choice.

If you would like to exchange a Product for store credit, please follow the same procedure as advised in our Returns Procedure, using 'exchange for Store Credit' as the Reason for Return.
